**Designation : Machine Operator**

**Reports to: Line Supervisor / Line Engineer**

**Responsibilities**

1. Monitor and control the machine performance and settings. Maximize the productivity and OEE with right quality and least downtime.

2. Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned.

3. Calibrate the machine before the production begins.

4. Fill up the Production Report at the end of the shift and handover the shift to the next reliever. Adjust the shift if someone is absent. Fill up the log book wherever required.

5. Regularly conduct tests of the machine's performance and operating capacity.

6. Inspect machinery with appropriate tools on Daily basis and do preventive maintenance as per Daily preventive Maintenance check sheet.

7. Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines and help the assembly line.

8. Fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.

9. Keep an updated database on all of the machine's information, defective units and final products.

10. Check the output of the machines and identify any issues.

11. Maintain the 5S in your area.

12. Keep the produced material to next process station.

14. Responsible for Product Safety Characteristics and Any CSR, QMS Compliance as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 & MACE Audit System. Responsible for Quality Policy and Quality Objective achievement and Continual improvements through KAIZENS, POKAYOKE etc.

**Authorities**:
1. To stop the machine during non-conformity producing on machine.

2. Discuss with team members and Superior officer from Production, QA, Development, Stores about any issues in the production.

3. Escalate to Line Managers for any issues in the production.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
