Operation Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our team and support day-to-day business processes across B2B and B2C operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate between internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage order sheets, pre-production sheets, and QC checklists.
Assist with invoice creation for B2B and B2C clients.
Coordinate documentation for export and domestic shipments.
Maintain records and ensure all operational documents are filed accurately.
Support the brand managers with order tracking and approvals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce or related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (fashion/retail industry experience is a plus).
Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
