- Prepare and present commercial proposals, handle negotiations, and close construction contracts.
- Maintain detailed lead tracking, pipeline updates, and conversion reports.
Business Development
- Build a strong network of partners, including architects, real estate agents, and property consultants for lead generation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and client reach.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve the quality and volume of leads.
- Participate in property expos, client events, and community outreach to promote the brand.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure a seamless client experience from first interaction to project onboarding.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
