We're hiring a dynamic Sales Executive to manage B2B technical sales of our solar products. The role includes lead generation, client engagement, pricing negotiations, and closing deals with EPCs, developers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with B2B clients (EPCs, solar developers, distributors) to understand project needs.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and solar expos personal visits
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing based on client requirements.
  • Manage sales pipeline and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on solar tenders, prepare documents for bids in time and follow up on bids . Knowledge of Basic tax norms (GST), and

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, energy, infrastructure, or a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
  • Basic understanding of solar project workflows, mounting structures, or technical product sales.
  • Willingness to work full-time from Sector 63, Noida.
