Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our Solar Division. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our innovative solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural solar sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth of the solar division.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (solar/renewable energy preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
