Requirements
Job Description
Talent & Culture:
Build and retain a high-performing, motivated team while fostering client's values and culture in India.
Global Collaboration:
Work closely with US-based leadership to align on strategic priorities and ensure seamless cross-border collaboration.
Legal & Compliance:
Ensure that the India entity remains fully compliant with local laws and regulations. Coordinate with legal advisors and consultants on company registrations, contracts, and statutory filings.

xation & Financial Governance:
Work with the company's Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage taxation, filings, audits, and financial compliance.
Budget Planning:
Lead the preparation of the annual India budget in coordination with global finance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and prudent financial planning.
HR Policies & Operations:
Take accountability for local HR policies, employee relations, compensation compliance, and implementation of global people practices adapted to the local context.
Operational Excellence:
Continuously improve internal processes across departments, helping scale the India operation effectively.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, general management, or similar senior roles, preferably in a multinational product tech company.
