Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher HR at Opalina Technologies, based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include assisting with the recruitment process, handling employee queries, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR initiatives. The candidate will also be involved in onboarding new hires and organizing employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in HR is a plus
