About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in the complete employee lifecycle — from hiring to onboarding and daily HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status.
  • Assist in pre-onboarding documentation and offer letter preparation.

HR Operations:

  • Support daily HR administrative tasks such as employee record management, attendance tracking, and leave processing.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy in HRMIS systems.
  • Assist in policy communication and compliance documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good understanding of HR functions, especially recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using HR/recruitment tools.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
