We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven
HR Trainee
to support our growing HR team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources. You'll play a hands-on role in key HR functions such as recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement — with the unique opportunity to gain
exposure to international HR processes

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Support onboarding processes including documentation and induction sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the
    HRMS platform
    .
  • Assist in tracking attendance and leaves.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on
    global recruitment campaigns
    .
  • Learn about international HR compliance and cross-border hiring practices.
  • Assist in organizing employee events, virtual meetups, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate surveys and feedback initiatives to improve workplace experience.
  • Ensure proper filing of employee documents and adherence to internal policies.
  • Help maintain HR compliance with local and global employment standards.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Internship experience in HRD is must.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Eager to learn and build a long-term career in HR.
