About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated 
HR Executive / HR Trainee
 to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about people management, recruitment, and building a great workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the 
    end-to-end recruitment process
     — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update 
    employee records
     in HR systems and databases.
  • Support in creating and implementing 
    HR policies and procedures
    .
  • Assist with 
    attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
    .
  • Handle 
    employee engagement activities
    , celebrations, and events.
  • Support performance review processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and related documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • Excellent 
    communication and interpersonal
     skills.
  • Strong 
    organizational and multitasking
     abilities.
  • Proficient in 
    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Understanding of basic 
    HR concepts and labor laws
     (preferred).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
