Human Resource Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support end-to-end recruitment as well as key HR operational activities. This role involves sourcing and coordinating candidates, maintaining HR records, assisting in onboarding processes, and supporting overall HR functions to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Support onboarding activities including documentation and induction.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in conducting background verification checks for new hires.
- Manage recruitment and HR trackers regularly.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure smooth communication and foster a positive experience for candidates and employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and HR best practices.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
