Role Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing key HR functions - including daily HR operations, implementation and monitoring of HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring organizational compliance. The role requires close coordination with all departments to ensure smooth functioning and a supportive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & onboarding

  • Attendance and HR documentation

  • Payroll coordination & salary discussions

  • Employee motivation & engagement activities

  • Organizing PD sessions and benefit programs

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) HR Management, and related practices

  • Understanding and hands-on experience in HR Operations processes

  • Strong ability to establish and maintain healthy Employee Relations

  • Skill in developing, implementing, and communicating HR Policies

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities

  • Proficiency in HR management systems and related tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
