  • Communication: Communicate with candidates to provide updates and manage logistics.
  • Administration: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Events: Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives to build the company's employer brand and reputation.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Onboarding: Provide support for the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking sites like LinkedIn is a plus.
