To promote the company's products or services, attract new customers, retain existing clients, and increase overall sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers through calls, visits, or online channels.
  • Explain and demonstrate products or services to customers.
  • Negotiate prices, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Record and report daily sales activities to management.
  • Attend trade shows or exhibitions to represent the company.

2. Marketing Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Promote products through social media, email, posters, and advertisements.
  • Study market trends and competitors to improve strategy.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials (banners, flyers, videos, etc.).
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products or services.
  • Support in launching new products or offers.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
  • Good presentation and customer handling skills.
  • Time management and teamwork.
  • Confidence and motivation to achieve targets.

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (BBA, BCom, or Marketing background preferred).
  • Computer knowledge and MS Office skills are beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
