The key responsibilitie:
**1. Sales Strategy Development**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Identify potential customers and market segments to target.

**2. Lead Generation**:

- Nurture relationships with leads and convert them into customers.

**3. Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Analyze competitors' strategies to stay ahead in the market.

**4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions promptly.

**5. Product/Service Promotion**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, advertisements, and sales materials.

**6. Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate deals and contracts to close sales successfully.

**7. Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing activities.
- Analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

**8. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in strategy and goals.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, or promotional activities.

**9. Brand Building**:

- Help in establishing and promoting the company’s brand in the market.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

**10. Budget Management**:

- Assist in managing marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
