**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in Manganese Ore and allied products.
- Identify and target potential clients in the steel manufacturing and metallurgical industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Minerals (Manganese Ore) and steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of Minerals (Manganese Ore) and steel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel daily to different locations.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
