**Salary**: Rs 20,000/month + Incentives (upon achieving targets)

We operate across two wings:
Travel Wing: Offering curated travel experiences, including premium holiday packages, corporate retreats, and destination management.

Events Wing: Specializing in luxury event planning, including corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, and more.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a dynamic, self-driven Marketing Executive who is passionate about both travel and events. If you love networking, creative marketing, and driving sales, this is the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel Wing (Complete Sales Ownership):

- Take full responsibility for end-to-end sales — from lead generation to closing travel deals.
- Actively seek out new clients through online/offline channels, networking events, social media outreach, and other creative strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote travel services and packages.

Events Wing (Lead Generation Focus):

- Focus on booking initial client meetings for event planning services.
- Once the meeting is secured, the events team takes over for planning and execution.
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless handover and align marketing strategies with their needs.

Flexibility & Creative Freedom:
General Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Track and analyze marketing performance and client data using Microsoft Excel.
- Continuously explore new ways to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for both travel and event management industries.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, think creatively, and thrive in a target-based environment.
- Comfortable working under performance-based targets with a focus on results.
