**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards for the management team.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team (calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, follow-ups).
- Monitor customer engagement and support retention efforts using CRM tools.
- Assist in executing CRM campaigns and tracking their effectiveness.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to support sales activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to the CRM system and escalate complex problems to the CRM administrator or IT team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working closely with marketing teams and understanding of sales funnels.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
