**Job Overview: -**
The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service teams. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction in a growing PPE company.
**Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and customer support:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, sampling and availability
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Process sales orders and follow up on order fulfillment
- Order and logistics coordination:
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery
- Track consignments and update customers on delivery schedules
- Address any order discrepancies or delays with proactive solutions
- Sales administration and documentation:
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and order history
- Assist in preparing reports on sales performance and market trends
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for compliance and regulatory requirements such as GST matters
- Coordination with sales team:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales operations
- Assist in follow-up to potential clients
- Perform additional duties as needed
**Required Experience and Qualifications: -**
- Bachelor's degree in commerce
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or sales coordination in a similar industry, i.e., selling industrial consumables like paints, emulsions, cutting tools, etc. directly to end-user
- Familiarity with sales processes, CRM software, and order management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM software
- Language proficiency in Tamil (fluent), English (fluent), Hindi (basic)
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications: -**
- Experience working in B2B environment serving MNC customers
- Experience in PPE (personal protective products) industry
**Travel Requirement: -**
Occasional travel (up to 10%)
**Compensation and Benefits: -**
- Salary range: Rs. 3 to 3.5 LPA
