**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and approach prospective clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable marketing services and strategies.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

**2. Sales Management**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet organizational goals.

**3. Relationship Building**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction with services provided.

**4. Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

**5. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Document client interactions, proposals, and contracts in an organized manner.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in a marketing agency or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and PPC campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
