Job Description: Relation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team

in the insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining

positive relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable

products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance products, exceptional

communication skills, and the ability to drive sales while providing excellent customer service.

Role

Coordinate with Agents or partners to ensure smooth working of business.

Must teach and help local partners and Team to process the business.

¢ To ensure all the pre and post-sales support and services to the clients.

¢ Ensure not only achieving the target but also to make sure there is consistent growth in the

business.

¢ To drive the adoption of a Service sales approach.

¢ Achieve target with team

¢ Good communication and convincing skills.

¢ Experience in selling insurance, especially corporate insurance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience as a relationship manager or similar role within the insurance sector.

3.. Strong knowledge of various insurance products including life, health, property & casualty etc

4.. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly

5.. Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
