Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining client relationships. The Sales Manager will also conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
