We are hiring for Sales Manager's Positions for - IM Channel,
Part Time Insurance Manager - Team handling profile for Mumbai Location only
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the Life insurance business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with new and old Existing Insurance Manager our IM's data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our IM's

Responsibilities
Recruit Part Time Employees Insurance Manager from Competitions Life Insurance Advisor, Tax consultant other professional's etc.
Conduct Insurance Manager's meetings
Goal setting exercise for the month
Joint field work along with associates Insurance Managers - IM's
Achieve Monthly / Yearly Targets
Work on opportunity of cross sell
Work with Existing Insurance Manager - IM Team
Qualifications
2-6 years' of experience In Life Insurance Agency - Mandatory
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Graduate from reputed university - Mandatory
Fixed CTC : 4 Lacs to 8.5 Lacs p.a plus Incentive Monthly/Quarterly/Half/Annually many more..
