Experienced Bench Sales Recruiter US IT Staffing

Job Summary:
As an Experienced Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing and placing IT consultants (on W2, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, or US Citizen visas) with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors across the US. The role requires strong communication, networking, and closure skills to achieve consistent placement targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.
- Identify suitable job opportunities matching consultants skills and experience.
- Modify and present consultant profiles professionally before submission.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Negotiate rates and terms between consultants and clients/vendors.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure onboarding success.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Proactively redeploy consultants after project completion.
- Stay updated on market trends, hot technologies, and visa/work authorization updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving placement targets.
- Experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Proficient in CRM/ATS tools and documentation management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Direct Clients and Tier-1 Vendors.
- Knowledge of trending IT skills (Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, AI, etc.).
- Understanding of US time zones, client communication, and submission best practices.
