We are looking for an experienced and dynamic US Staffing Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment processes, sourcing, and bench sales.

Key Responsibilities:

For US IT Recruiter:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for US clients (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation).
  • Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified profiles.
  • Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients for repeat business.
  • Work during US time zones (EST/CST/PST).

For Bench Sales Recruiter:

  • Market our consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to direct clients and tier-1 vendors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
  • Negotiate rates and finalize deals.
  • Track and report placement metrics regularly.
  • Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed is a must.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English).
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing market and visa classifications.
  • Proficient in using major US job boards and social media for recruitment.
  • Must be a self-starter, quick learner, and target-driven professional.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
