Job Opening: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Onsite | Night Shift)

Location: Hi-Tech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad (100% Onsite)

Work Timings: 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

About the Role:

Skilltune Technologies is hiring experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing team in Hyderabad. If you have a proven track record in marketing bench consultants and a strong grasp of the US IT staffing ecosystem, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.) to extensively Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle: requirements gathering, submission, rate negotiation, interview coordination, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong consultant relationships and ensure continuous engagement
  • Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and networking techniques for lead generation
  • Work with C2C tax terms and possess solid knowledge of various US visa types
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to maximize placements
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with vendors and consultants to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales
  • Strong understanding of different visa classifications and C2C requirements
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using job portals and ATS platforms
  • Ability to meet aggressive targets and deadlines under pressure
