Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter at TechLance Solutions Inc. The Recruiter will be responsible for marketing the consultants and scheduling the interview . The role involves sourcing, screening, and placement of IT professionals on bench for future projects.

Qualifications

  • Involved in Full life Cycle of Sales Recruitment.
  • Expert in Bench Sales including of OPT'S, H1B s, TN s, GC s, USC s & EAD s
  • Coordinating with the consultant in order to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and client.
  • Posting their resumes into Dice, Monster, Hot jobs, etc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
