Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Non-IT Recruiter and Bench Sales Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, selecting, and negotiating. Key responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, maintaining relationships with consultants, and ensuring successful placements. The role also requires the recruiter to manage submissions, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Strong experience in Recruiting and Hiring with a focus on building relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Familiarity or exposure to aspects of Non IT Recruitering and Bench Sale Recruitering.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and consultants
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in US staffing or with the bench sales process is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
