Job Description
:

We are looking to hire a dynamic and goal-driven 
Bench Sales Recruiter / Recruiter
 to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing IT consultants and working with various visa types including OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC.

Responsibilities
:

  • Market consultants through various channels like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and clients
  • Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently
  • Maintain an active pipeline of consultants and ensure regular follow-ups
  • Update and maintain submission trackers and consultant databases

Requirements
:

  • 9-13 years of experience in bench sales or IT recruitment
  • Strong understanding of US staffing and visa types
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
