Dosti is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior IT Staffing Bench Sales Recruiter to work with our client. The ideal candidate must have at least 3-5 years of Experience and should possess in-depth knowledge of various Visa types. The Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for identifying and placing candidates on the bench with clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US IT staffing industry, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of success in bench sales recruiting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Proven track record experience in building and managing the Full Cycle of US Bench Sales and Recruitment for large successful companies
  • Comprehensive understanding of various US Visa types
  • Identifying staffing requirements based on business needs and current employee skill sets
  • Identify, source, and place candidates on the bench with clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • 3-5 years of experience in US IT staffing, with a focus on bench sales
  • Proven track record of success in bench sales recruiting
  • Strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry, including current trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Willing to work as per US timings ( 5:30 p.m IST - 1:30 a.m IST )
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products, services, and solutions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
