- Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with strong communication skills and proven client/vendor connections to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing bench candidates, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC).
- • Identify and establish strong relationships with direct clients and implementation partners.
- • Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, experience, and preferences for suitable job opportunities.
- • Maintain regular communication with existing vendors and clients to generate new requirements.
- • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and vendors.
- • Submit qualified profiles, follow up on interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- • Track and maintain a database of potential clients, vendors, and active candidates.
• Meet or exceed monthly placement and revenue targets.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Bench Sales Recruiting (US Staffing industry).
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- • Strong network and client/vendor contacts within the industry.
- • Proven experience in consultant marketing and placement.
- • Ability to handle multiple candidates and clients simultaneously.
- • Knowledge of visa types and US tax terms (W2).
- • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
