Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify training needs through consultation with stakeholders, performance evaluations, and analysis of key metrics.
  • Execution and management of LEAP Talent Development Program - Develop competency framework by Identify key roles and build success profiles, identify key members by Conducting talent assessment.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and materials for training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development and incorporate new ideas and technologies into training programs.

Key Relationships

  • COO/ CHRO / STAKEHOLDERS
  • Sales Team/ Regional Team
  • Department heads for their specific needs

Qualifications & Skill Required:


• Bachelors degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; masters degree preferred.


• Psychometrics Certifications from well-known companies.


• Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role, with a track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.


• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels of the organization.


• Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software.


• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.


• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
