Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager with proven experience in the L&D and coaching sector. You will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strategic relationships, and positioning our solutions to organizations seeking top-tier coaching programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients for coaching and L&D solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops to prospective clients.
- Monitor sales metrics, track pipeline, and forecast revenue opportunities.
- Stay updated on trends in L&D, coaching, and corporate learning to position the company as a thought leader.
Required Qualifications:
- Mandatory: 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships specifically at companies like , , , AntWalk, GrowthSpace, BetterUp, CoachHub, or similar L&D/coaching organizations.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B enterprise environments.
- Strong network within corporate L&D, HR, or executive coaching circles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic, consultative sales approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
