We are looking for a skilled Voice Coach with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective voice coaching strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve vocal quality and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate employee progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice coaching and customer service.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among employees.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Voice Coach or in a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong knowledge of voice coaching techniques and principles, including accent neutralization and soft skills training.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, focusing on continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- Experience working in a BPO/Call Centre environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
