Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Process: Voice & Blended

Shift: US Shift (24 Days Working)

Profile Overview : We are looking for driven International Voice Process Executive to handle US market clients. Ideal for freshers and experienced , the role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets. This is an office-based role with night shifts, catering to US time zones.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and sales leads from the US market via calls and emails.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, addressing customer needs to drive conversions.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during client interactions.
  • Proactively suggest sales tactics and marketing strategies to boost engagement.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Understand and communicate the value of the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (US client focus).
  • Graduate/Post Graduate/Pursuing with keen interest in Automobile
  • Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Work Location: The New Corenthum Noida Sector 62 (Delhi NCR).
  • Comfortable with a Work from Office role.
  • Willing to work night shifts (US time zone).
