Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales cycle from start to finish, and driving growth for our CRM SaaS product. You will interact with clients from different industries, requiring you to possess a deep understanding of solution-based selling, the SaaS landscape, and the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate New Business: Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities through field visits, networking, events, and proactive outreach.
- Client Engagement: Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs, offering tailored demonstrations of how our CRM platform can provide value.
- Product Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling and customized product presentations and demos, addressing specific use cases and challenges for each client.
- Manage Full Sales Cycle: From lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, you will manage all stages of the sales process to drive revenue growth.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and potential upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to execute sales initiatives and ensure customer success.
- Maintain CRM Records: Keep detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system of all sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings to ensure you are providing clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: 25+ years of field sales experience, ideally in SaaS (CRM or B2B software).
- Proven Track Record: Consistent success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience Selling to Executives: Proven ability to sell to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Sales Methodologies: Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in achieving sales targets.
- Travel Ready: Ability to travel within your assigned territory for client meetings and events.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- CRM Tool Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Mid-Market or Enterprise Sales: Experience in selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients.
- API & SaaS Implementation Knowledge: Understanding of API integrations and SaaS implementation cycles to provide clients with full-service solutions.
