. The institute conducts structured classes for actuarial examinations.

Role Description

The Academic Counsellor & Operations Executive will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students regarding courses, and managing routine academic and office operations at the centre.

This is a
non-sales role
, but the candidate must be comfortable explaining courses clearly and professionally to students and parents.

Work Schedule

  • Working days: Tuesday to Sunday (We work on most public holidays)
  • Weekly off: Monday
  • Select major public holidays will be non-working

Candidates must be comfortable with this schedule.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Enquiries and Counselling

  • Handle enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Explain course structure, duration, fees, and exam pathway
  • Guide students on course suitability and academic expectations
  • Assist with admissions and enrolment documentation

2. Academic and Office Operations

  • Maintain student records, attendance, and basic fee data
  • Coordinate with faculty for class schedules and classroom requirements
  • Support test schedules, internal exams, and academic activities
  • Prepare and circulate routine notices and updates
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations

2. Experience and Skills

  • Graduated in any discipline
  • 5–20 years of experience
    in education, coaching institutes, or student-facing roles
  • Good spoken and written English is mandatory
  • Basic working knowledge of Excel, email, and office tools
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional conduct and reliability
