Job Description: Counsellor

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Counsellor to join our academic team. The Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and supporting students throughout their academic journey and serving as a bridge between students, parents, and the institution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide individual and group counselling to students enrolled in the program.

  2. Guide students through the admission process, documentation, and fee payment.

  3. Organize and coordinate orientation programs, workshops, seminars, and engagement activities.

  4. Assist students with career counselling, internship guidance, and higher education options.

  5. Build healthy communication channels with parents, students, and faculty for academic and personal progress.

  6. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of student interactions.

  7. Be willing to travel as required for institutional events, academic coordination, and outreach activities.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline

  2. Fresh graduates are welcome

  3. Strong communication and active listening abilities.

  4. Ability to establish trust, empathy, and rapport with students and parents.

  5. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  6. Proficiency in maintaining records, reports, and documentation.

  7. Flexible, proactive, and travel-friendly for academic and institutional needs.
