Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Tender Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a pivotal on-site role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the tendering process—from initial inquiry to final submission. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of construction bidding, excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end tendering process for domestic and international projects.
  • Prepare and review tender documents in alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement and project management to gather necessary inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with all technical, commercial and legal aspects of each bid.
  • Analyze and interpret project requirements, drawings and contract documents.
  • Track deadlines and maintain documentation related to tender submissions and outcomes.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and JV partners throughout the bidding process.
  • Maintain a repository of past bids, pricing strategies and competitor insights to inform future proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Tender Management, particularly within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in reviewing BOQs, technical specifications and contractual terms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with government and private sector tendering platforms is a plus.
