Role & responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Professional to drive high-value sales and manage key client relationships in our jewellery business. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of fine jewellery, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets for retail or wholesale jewellery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients (HNWIs), retailers, or distributors
- Provide expert guidance to customers on product selection, custom orders, and latest collections
- Lead client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups
- Supervise or mentor junior sales staff (if in a managerial role)
- Coordinate with production and design teams for client-specific requirements
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and in-store events to promote brand and products
- Handle after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and prepare periodic sales reports
