Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at our Haridwar location. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure that workflows conform to established policies and regulations. Responsibilities include managing supply chains, coordinating with departments for smooth production processes, and monitoring performance metrics. The role requires regular communication with stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize operations.

Qualifications

  • Operational and team management skills, including resource allocation, coordination, and performance monitoring
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities for identifying and implementing process optimizations
  • Proficiency in project management and supply chain logistics
  • Analytical and organizational skills for monitoring key metrics and maintaining business compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management across various departments
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industry is highly desirable
