Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
  • Create engaging proposals and bids to attract international clients.
  • Communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable services or solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals with international clients.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, conversion, and revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development or client handling (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confidence in interacting with international clients via chat, email, and video calls.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Linkedin etc.) preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
