**Role & responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or calls with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to build strong relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development. Freshers are welcome
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and build relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work night shifts comfortably.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a bonus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- New Palasia, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
