Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist) who will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring new projects through Upwork and other online platforms. The role involves proposal writing, client communication, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company profiles on Upwork and other freelancing portals.
- Search for relevant projects and submit professional proposals.
- Communicate with potential clients regarding project requirements.
- Maintain follow-ups with clients to convert leads into projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand service requirements for proposals.
- Maintain reports of bids, leads, and project status.
- Meet weekly and monthly business development targets.
Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or IT services.
- Ability to write clear and customized proposals.
- Knowledge of Upwork bidding and client handling.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹27, ₹38,002.71 per month
