Position: IT Sales + Business Development Executive

Location: Indore(M.P)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and online platforms.
  • Handle IT service sales, including software development, web development, mobile apps, digital solutions, or related services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Work on Bidding Portals, and other B2B platforms (if applicable).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, project management, marketing) for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare sales reports, track pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital technologies.
  • Good knowledge of lead generation, client communication, and proposal writing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-oriented approach.
  • Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
