Position: IT Sales + Business Development Executive
Experience: 1–5 Years (With IT Company)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Indore(M.P)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and online platforms.
- Handle IT service sales, including software development, web development, mobile apps, digital solutions, or related services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Work on Bidding Portals, and other B2B platforms (if applicable).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, project management, marketing) for smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales reports, track pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital technologies.
- Good knowledge of lead generation, client communication, and proposal writing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a target-oriented approach.
- Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
