We are expanding our business development team and are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about sales, client engagement, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through research, networking, and online platforms.
  • Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development, etc.) to potential clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal design, marketing, and production teams to ensure client deliverables meet agreed specifications and timelines.
  • Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Create and submit customized business proposals for potential clients on Upwork, Freelancer, and other B2B platforms (experience with these platforms is a plus).
  • Track lead progress, maintain records in CRM, and prepare performance reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and online lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.).
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience or working knowledge of Upwork / Freelancer / LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an advantage.
