Location: Bilekahalli, JP Nagar, Bangalore
Job Description:
We are hiring Client Acquisition Executives who are passionate about sales and customer engagement. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our learning services effectively. If you have strong communication skills in English and Kannada and enjoy achieving targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you
Eligibility:
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers or Experienced
- Age: 18 – 30 years
Salary & Timing:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month
- Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.
- Explain and promote company products/services in English & Kannada.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable learning solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain client records and update the database regularly.
- Report sales progress and performance to the manager.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication in English & Kannada
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Team player with the ability to work independently
