Role Overview
We are seeking passionate and results-driven
Academic Counsellors
to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, understand their educational goals, and guide them toward the most suitable programs. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on counselling, sales, and student relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential learners through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Counsel students regarding academic programs and assist them in making informed educational decisions.
- Present and explain Aimlay's services, converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Conduct effective online or in-person demos to help learners understand our offerings.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to match learner needs with suitable programs.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Track and manage leads efficiently using CRM or other software tools.
- Share weekly performance reports and updates with the reporting manager.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum
2–4 years
of experience in
Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, or B2C Sales
. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Confident, empathetic, and articulate in handling student queries.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for helping learners achieve their academic goals.
