Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Rohini. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and generating leads. Responsibilities include presenting and promoting real estate solutions, managing client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with team members to meet quarterly and annual sales targets. Proactive communication and delivering exceptional customer service are integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer service within the real estate or related industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients
  • Proficiency in negotiating contracts and managing the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Basic knowledge of real estate markets, investment processes, and property types
  • Goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools is a plus
  • A drive for professional growth and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and competitive environment
