About the Role
We are looking for energetic and ambitious MBA freshers who are eager to build their career in Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-spoken, and passionate about connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, visits, and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain client data and interactions in CRM tools.
- Support senior sales managers during exhibitions, demos, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, accounts) for smooth project execution.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer engagement and sales conversion.
Desired Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in presenting products and building relationships.
- Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn about technology and sales strategies.
- Ability to handle client queries professionally and proactively.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
